I offer a combination therapy where I fuse modalities to give the client the best and most productive experience. Some of the modalities will include Energy Healing, Reiki, Systematic Kinesiology, Breathwork, Meditation. German New Medicine, Shadow Work, Inner Child healing to name but a few.

After my own health declining both physically and mentally, a change was on the horizon for me. Completely dissatisfied with the mainstream medical models I decided to seek outside the system, where I discovered there was more to life than our physical form and that a whole world is waiting for us, to help us evolve and live our best lives.

I am passionate about assisting you in empowering yourself by finding your own inner light through self discovery and acceptance of all shadows that present into your fields. I guide you to recognise, accept and embrace all aspects of yourself so you can lead a more fulfilled life. This can happen whilst receiving energy healing on the bed through epiphanies and clearance on an organic level. Or it can happen on the coach via investigative work. By understanding the biological meaning of the body and working with the all aspects of being, I can assist you in achieving loving self acceptance, true health and vitality.

I have previously worked with many clients facilitating their sessions to self empowerment and healing. No one journey is the same and I love to embrace my clients experiences through their lens, so I can offer a different perspective and outlook for them to finally bring acceptance of who they are and activate that excitement and gratitude back into their lives.

I love working with those who are feeling blocked and truly want to take their health into their own hands; be it physical health or mental health. My special interests include working with women who have faced domestic violence or adults who have deep abandonment wounds and trauma that they  want to clear because they have had enough of living in a place of darkness. If they want to discover the multi dimensional part of themselves and turn their “light” back on then I am truly open to experience and facilitate sessions from those from all walks of life who want and crave that expansion.
